Make someone new a badge based on their likes and dislikes - arrange to meet up with them somewhere at Bonanza to give them their badge. This will be a direct swap so that the person
You will be making a badge for will be the person who will be making a badge for you.

Completion By:
You must have the badge made up ready for Bonanza and have arranged to meet your new friend by 28th April 2006.

Hi Everyone,
The idea of this swap is just to meet a new person at Bonanza - I did a trial run last year and it was really good fun!!

PM me or add to the list below if you want to join in. I will pair two people up together and you then make the other person a badge or something similar (such as a label or ATC card) to suit them (so you will all need to have updated the likes and dislikes thread for this one!) and then arrange to meet up with them sometime over the Bonanza weekend to swap the items.

If you can let me know what day/s you are attending Bonanza and your preference of a badge/label/ATC or dont mind - I will try and pair you all up accordingly.

Good idea - I didnt know that there was a Bonanza forum (I only log on and look at new threads!) - but it is done now.

Can I pull out of this, please (sorry!). I signed up when I was trying to feel positive about Bonanza despite the cr@p of messed up bookings and ignored emails, and was hoping there would be something in the second round of classes to get me fired up. Well I have looked and looked, and there just isn't, and I don't think I'll go after all. So sorry to muck you about, but can't get enthused!

Well I am in 3 of your classes on Friday. I'm doing Ranger Ink too but my class for that is on Saturday. Plan to be in the crop room Saturday PM. I am being driven up by TraceyJohnson and it's my first time too.
I will be staying at the Innkeepers and meeting up with Fairysparkle, SuzieR and Ellejay who are my team mates, although there are quite a few UKS'ers staying there too.

Hi, How is everyone getting along with this? sorry I am such a bad swap host but I havent had chance to post much recently and this seems to be just going along quietly in the background that I havent thought much about it. Have you all made your items yet? I havent but I am a last minute panicker so will be doing Lily's badge this week! also have you all arranged to meet up yet?

can anyone believe it is next week??? Seems like everyone is doing the 7gypsies class! Me too! I think thats the one I'm looking forward to the most. Not in any classes with my partner so we'll have to meet up in between!!
