This swap is for spring/easter themed ribbon. I will run 4 groups of ten if there is enough demand.

Ribbons to be yellow/cream/flowered/easter or spring themed. Please buy 10m of ribbon and split it into 1 metre lengths. Wind it round card or put in individual plastic bag and LABEL with your uks name and group number please.

Please send either a stamped/addressed envelope for me to return your ribbon to you or a label and stamp and I will reuse your envelope.

Hi, please explain this to me as have signed up but really sure this works, do I now go out and buy 10 metres of ribbon, bag it up into 10 bags and post it off ? Do I have to buy a specific colour rtc or just what I fancy, what is this group 1-4 thing please, am I in a group ?

Lou the groups are made up of 10 people and you're in group 4 so the ribbons you get back will be from the people in that group.You buy 10 metres of the same ribbon split it into 10 1 metre lengths and put it into 10 little bags send it off to the host and she will send you back 10 bags one of which will be yours and the other 9 from the people in your group.You need to choose the ribbon you are getting and let the host know.Hope that explains a bit. :)

Hi Becs, well after trawling my way round 5 different shops, I finally decided on a pretty narrow lilac gingham, only to find that there wasn't 10 metres on the roll :angry: so decided on a wider lilac gingham, only to find there wasn't 10 metres on that roll either :angry: :angry: So I thought as I really didn't find anything else I liked, that I'd get 5 metres of the narrow and 5 metres of the wider. I hope that's ok, and everyone in group 3 won't mind 50cms of narrow and 50cms of wider. Please let me know if you don't want me to do that, and I'll look for something else (that there's 10 metres of :blink: )

Sue that sounds fine hun! You can either do 50cm of each per person or 1 metre bags and people will get a 'lucky dip' between the two! Either way is fab really (who uses a metre in one LO anyhow??!!

Hope half term is going well for everyone....I have 3 of my daughter's friends round today from 10 -2:30 for a play and lunch...so will be a little busy! Thought I'd break out the craft stuff to keep them happy! great thing about 3 year old girls is that you can give them stickers, paper, glue and tissue paper and they will be forever happy!!!!!

I can assure you all that the waiting is nearly over!!!! All groups will be complete by the end of the week!!!!! Will update you as ribbon arrives, but you will all def have your ribbon well before the finish date!!!
I will dot he trader ratings for everyone friday am while her majesty (my 3 year old) is at nursery, so all you newbies will be set with a nice shiny great rating and will be ready to head out into the big bad world of swaps!!! I hear that there are more in the pipeline girlies!!!! I can not wait!

Sorry I haven't been around - but thank you so much for all my lovely ribbon. We have had more sickeness here and I am thinking of re-training as a nurse! The boys are such wimps when they get sick - especially the big one (DH). Anyway thank you Becs for doing the swap I did enjoy it!
