I have my theme, I have the bits to do my title page/cover, I have the book to use, all I need now is the time to put it together.

The question is, do people want a heads up on my theme or not? I think I'd like to 'see' other people's reactions when it comes as a surprise - it made Sarah dtop and think, and it should be an easy one for her to start with.....

Same here Cheryl! I have a theme but no idea how I'm going to decorate my cover and signing in page, or what I'm going to do for my layout (although, am I right in thinking I don't have to do my layout until I get my journal back if I run out of time and/or hit panic mode before the first posting date?!) If I'm this worried about doing my own, what am I going to be like when other peoples start arriving?!

That would require me being far more organised than I currently am! I don't yet have a journal (it is on my list of things to sort out next week) and no idea what I am going to use to decorate it with!

Does the cover have to be connected to the theme, or could it just have a title on it - something like 'Scrapdoodles Circle Journal 2006' on it? then have the introduction page decorated according to the theme.

Looking at the examples of cj's in the gallery they all look very impressive and very artistic/creative! I don't do artistic/creative! I do simple and non-adventurous! (most of my layouts are one piece of paper, arrange photos, add title, stickers, brads).

Oh dear - haven't given this any thought yet, no idea of a theme or anything so will have to get going this weekend and amke it and think of a theme. No pressure then - when are we starting this?????? Bet I've been told by Jackie and forgotten it!!!!!!!!

Not much Just stuck my title on & It didn't look good! Pulled it off & tried a bit of paint on the photo where the Title was going & that didn't work, So off came photo & in bin with it!! Printed new photo made own chipboard letters & Yippeee All done!!

I feel as though I'm finally getting somewhere with my circle journal:-) Have decided on a theme - I resorted to tossing a coin as I was being incredibly indecisive as to which of 3 themes to choose! Have done the cover:-) and figured out what I want to write for my introduction:-) Will hopefully get the introduction finished tomorrow - and then that just leaves the signing in page and my layout. Have I forgotten anything else I need to do?

Actually you toss it twice....

Two heads is option 1, Two tails optaion 2 and a mixture option 3....

However, as this was Sarah it was more likely to be heads - keep considering, tails disregard - until only one is left ;)

I have Anna's CJ which was due for posting to Jackie tomorrow. I've done half of my layout and will try to get it finished and in the post this week, or next week at the latest.
