Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I have just bought a round lunchtin and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to cover/decorate it please. TIA

I have some in the gallery on my blog, I painted mine first then stamped and collaged over the top. If you like them and would like to know anything I'm happy to share ideas

WOW Jane theyre fantastic, can I ask did you use acrylic to paint them? I love the colours. While I think of it do you know if alcohol inks work on them too? I'd like to use mine as an alternative handbag so am trying to create something a bit different ;)

Thanks Kel, I use mine for a bag too! I painted mine with acrylics, I use Jo Sonja's, they are lovely to use and cover very well. Just apply thin layers and build it up, it's easier than a thick coat. For stamping onto it I use Palette, Stazon or Brilliance inks. Alcohol inks should work onto the white but I haven't tried it myself. I used acrylic matte gel medium to layer the collage and give it a final coating, I just rub it on with my finger, if you put thin coats they dry quickly.
Come back and show us what you have made when it's finished?
