Orphanages

Hi just hoping someone can give me a point in the right direction.

My great great grandfather and his sister were orphaned and because of this I have not been able to trace back any futher on that side.

Does anyone know where I could look for more info to try and find them.

do you know which orphanage? I know that my gran was brought up in a nun run orphanage in Isleworth, a thorough check on the net only brings up Nazareth house so I'm going to check with Westminister Parish, can you do the same? Can you work from their surname?
