where I can get this paper from (see thumbnail attached). It is 12 x 12 photo paper made by Epson. I don't know if it's sold in the UK as I found it on a US website. I have put the same question on the retail therapy section in the hope that one of the sponsors may stock it, but haven't had any response so far.
From what I've read about it, it is double sided matte photo paper - so I think that means I could print on both sides.
If I can't get it (or something similar) I might get my brother to bring a couple of packs over when he visits next month, just to give it a try.
Apart from that, what does anyone else use when printing out their 12 x 12 digi layouts (I do have an A3 printer so should be able to do it)
