Hi, I'm new to this site and I am hoping that someone will be able to give me instructions on how to make a paperbag scrapbook. I have done some 12x12 pages, but fancy something different. I have loads of photos, paper, etc.....

You'll need some paper bags, which we sell here on the website (http://www.kankan.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=26&******=2683fdf384e3ddfc52a014b076afce81&sort=3a) if you're looking for some!

thank you for those links, this is something ive always fancied having a go at. Although ive seen some websites which sell the paperbags already made into a book. But that doesnt seem as fun

Hi Zandra - these books are really addictive. I was sent 3 brown bags as part of a stash swap last year and started to do something with them just before Christmas. The theme is Paris/Vintage. It started off small and now I am so hooked, I keep adding in little extra pages and lots of fibres/ribbons/images/embellies - can't stop! It is almost finished now and I will try and put some piccies up when it is and ask everyone what they think. I've enjoyed it so much that I am in the throes of starting a new Oriental one with some bags I swapped for recently!

Hope you have fun with your's. :)

hi sashs (waving madly) lol

i use normal paper bags too, layering them in a staggered effect and then folding and securing with all sorts of various items like sasha says above
