Hello there
Looking forward to meeting new people and maybe some I have already met.
So who is interested in coming to this crop? It would be great if we could have some idea of the numbers coming - so we can arrange seating etc..HERE (http://www.ukscrappers.com/boards/showthread.php?p=1538934#post1538934)
Please post any questions and chat here - I will do my best to answer them on behalf of Jan who is the organiser.

;) Sorry, being a proper St Helens girl (Come on you Saints!! ) people from Haydock are known as "yickers." I don't know why. My sister lives in Haydock and gets called a yicker. My first teaching post was in Haydock as well.

Hi Jan
Should be easy you A580 towards M6 then turn right at the Liverpool Road exit of East Lanc (A58) follow the road until the roundabout, turn right and the church is just on your left. If you turn left just before the church there is parking.

Everything and the kitchen sink. Seriously everything that you think you will need, but only one person needs to bring sizzix machine - I can bring mine. If you have forgotten something we normaly just borrow for each other.

Hi Nina
that is great if you would bring your Sizzix it would save me carrying mine as I have lots of other stuff to take. I will just bring my dies (that is if if it is okay with you)
I accidentally unsuscribed to your thread and thought I had lost it. Looking forward to seeing you

We did have a nice time and don't panic we are not postponing Feb crop but was wondering if I should change the week as one or two couldn't make it. It would be just for that month but I am not sure if I can change the date yet. I will let the group know if I do don't worry .....Jan

Hiya!
Glad to see you had a good time!
I'll be looking out to check the date of your next crop!!
So sad to miss all the fun! I was in Golborne on saturday - but it was my brother's wedding!! So, I'm sure my mum & her friend would be interested but they wouldn't be able to make the february one as mum's away on a cruise (again!) - so I'm just logging on so I can tell her the wheres & whens. Hopefully I'll be able to make one too when I'm down visiting!

Hi Karen
Welcome to UKS. Where in Preston are you? Whilst I am sure that the Haydock girls will welcome you - there is a group called the Chorley Roses. We both meet once a month - when you have made 10 or more posts then you can PM (private message) any member, so I cant do that yet. Also in General scrapping there is a section called I want to be adopted, and also Smurfies Foster Home.....both are excellent palces for newbies to hang out. You will get assigned a foster 'mum' who will be able to help. Also you will get a newbie pack (adobe download) which will help guide you around the boards by explaining what hapens where etc....
