help, newbie question

i was thinking about giving digi scrap a go after chrimbo.
QVC have a tvs - photoshop elements V4!
what photoshop programs do i need to do the scrap LOs, is it photoshop CS or do i need both programs?

Photoshop Elements 4 will be the only programme you need to create digi pages.

It is kind of like a shortened version of PSCS - but can do more than enough to make complicated digital pages. It has the ability for layers which you need for digi. There is a good selection of brushes and tons available for download on the net and whilst you will not need these to begin with you will almost certainly want them if you stick with this method of scrapping.

There are load of free Plug In filters which you can download and use to create a variety of effects within Photoshop. The possibilities are endless once you begin.

The biggest tip of all would be when you get your software, learn where your tools are and what they do, after that it will be easy!

If you need any help holler and I'll do my best to guide you - I have PSP 9, Elements 2 and PSCS and although they are different softwares most have similar steps.
