if i need to print on a slightly thicker paper that photo copier paper and if so what do you recommend.and should it be coloured based if i what to try and torn or inked edge effect.

I have often printed from digi scrap kits to use in my paper scrapping.
At the moment I am using the "elusive" Asda white cardstock (my local store still hasn't restocked) or glossy photo paper (from the £1 store - takes longer to dry but finishes nicely).
Photo paper gives a sharper image than paper/cardstock.
