help with 50th birthday card

I need to prepare a 50th birthday card for a female cousin for tommorrow. I have spent the last 2 hours looking for a 50 pop-up card liner without success and with much aggitation. Can anyone help with this or with some other idea?

Will be using gold metallic and deep purple on the card.

Does it have to be a pop up, Sharon? I made one recently by cutting a nice font 50 with the robo. Then I painted it with metallic paint and triple embossed it. Just an idea. Or just cut it out of your gold card and match it to a background mat.
