As announced in November thread scrapajack will once more be attending (and bringing along their exclusive range of Tena pad holders so make sure you grab OH's wallet before leaving that morning ;)

the week before Id shared a room with Deb at another crop we went to and as she was dosing off she was making these funny sighing noises (get my drift), some people snore, deb sighs, so sal and I were making the same only louder, mind u couldnt get the headboards to move for love nor money :lol:

That was it then. Everything made us laugh. We were too hot, that made us laugh, so we opened the windows, then got cold, that made us laugh. then we were hungry, that made us laugh. Jak got up to make tea (it was only quarter to 3 after all). the tray almost fell out of the cupboard - that made us laugh. We just laughed all night. the more we tried to stop the more we laughed. How we didnt get chucked out after misery next door came round.
Then Jak performed- or was that the night after Jak. Cant remember for laughing

I'd be up for the organising - but not convinced I could actually attend (I'd be reluctant to leave Connor for a whole weekend seeing as I only see the little fella for an hour or two each night during the week)

I suppose I could always crop for the afternoon, go home for the evening, tuck him up, come back for the evening entertainment (ie you Jak and Deb), then back in the morning....blah blah....if it was local enough (the magic roundabout :)) it might just work!

We stayed for two nights, and all our meals, including tea and coffee and cakes in between meals and complete take over of a two rooms, one for scrapping and one for classes, and to be honest we would probably only need the smaller room, and it only cost us 150 quid each, and the food was superb. I loved it.

OMG ladies - I just popped into this thread and already you are on page 14 and you did it without me - sulking in a corner.

I am defo up for a weekend away not sure about the altered buckets though. I sat here with tears rolling down my face as I THOUGHt of the buckets that Scrappin Sarah uses at the horse stables and they are huge. It just made me giggle to think of a load of drunked ladies falling into the buckets and not being able to get out agian.

Del - put me down for the whole day in December and I;ll see what I can negotiate with DH.

This will either make you laugh or cry for me - I finally sent out my swap buttons to 18 ladies yesterday, really pleased with myself until I get a pm from one of them saying that she received back the rik rak she sent me a couple of weeks ago instead of her buttons. Now I have searched the house down and I can't find t he envelope with her 100 buttons in so what has gone wrong!!!!!!!! She has just pm'd me again to say that she was in the first group so received her buttons weeks ago but that I had just sent her the rik rak for no reason whatsoever. Defo going nuts here.

off the A419 to Wanbororough, follow wanbororough road to small roundabout in front of the pub and turn left...about 300 yards on left there's a farmers gate type opening with a gravel drive to left...follow and pull up outside.....we'll be waiting!!1 ;)

ok give ya a few more hints lol (found me a to z here ;))

roudabout on A419 is the main oxford turn off (A420) but ignore it and take 2nd left after that turn off ;) (ie 3rd turn off roundabout for hubby ;)(

you should end up on Merlin way)...just follow it straight on past first mini roundabout and turn right at the next one. If it's been raining the night before beware of aqua planing!! :blink: that road is lethal in the wet (god help us in january!!) the venue is 399yds on the RH side onto gravel drive baring left LOL ;)

coming from your neck of the woods, Del's right, you should get to the Wanborough turning off the 419 before you even get to Swindon - saves you getting stuck going round the magic roundabout :)

I think Del's directions are ok-ish - but still pretty sure the gravel drive thingy is on the right not the left

the road that you turn into opposite the pub is called Rotten Row, I think
