Rules and regulations:

The contest is open to all designers regardless of site or company affiliation. Winners are free to continue work at other sites they may be affiliated with but must agree to complete at least 3 assignments for Digital Scrapbooking Magazine in the 2006 calendar year.

Entries must be received by December 15th, 2005 at bnb2006@digitalscrapbooking.com OR on CD sent to:
Digital Scrapbooking Magazine - B&B
PO BOX 745

Entries received at any email address other than bnb2006@digitalscrapbooking.com will be deleted.

Digital Scrapbooking Magazine will reserve the right to use layouts from winning entries in print or online.

Winners will be asked to contribute reviews, layouts, graphics, articles etc.

Winners will be compensated with products, prizes, and recognition. In some cases winners may be paid for their contributions.

Entries must include: ALL 10 Assignments, Entry Form(download HERE), Text File (explained below).

Create ONE text file (MS Word(.doc) or .txt files only) including a brief description of each assignment and techniques used.

Entries will be divided into 2 categories. Number of winners in each category is NOT PRE-DETERMINED. We will choose the number of artists vs. designers based on our needs at the time. Please choose ONE entry category:

Designer
This option is for those who design elements and kits (whether they are sold or not) and who would like to have their designs considered for future projects including CDs, downloads, special kits etc. See assignment 7D.

Artist
This option is for those who typically create their layouts using elements and kits designed by other people and who would like to have their layouts featured throughout the magazine and website and be considered to review and use new digital products.
See assignment 7A.

Entry assignments must be original and not previously published including in online galleries.

For each assignment, create the layout according to the specifications.

Name the assignments as follows: BnB06_NAME_ASSIGNMETNUMBER.jpg (BnB06_AprilAnderton_1.jpg)

ALL FILES MUST BE UNDER 200k and the entire entry should not exceed 5MB.

Unless specified, layouts may be any size (physical dimensions - 12x12, 8x8, 5x7 etc).

EVERY LAYOUT MUST HAVE PERSONAL JOURNALING!!! Titles, wordart, and quotes are not considered journaling for this contest.
