replacement blades?

can anyone tell me where to get replacement blades? as I didnt get my Robo from a retailer it was straight from graphtec I have no idea! and I cant seem to find anything on the graphtec site to tell me where to get one!! (is that the most confusing site ever?? :lol: or is it me being dumb??)

any advice much appreciated :)

Contact Graphtec direct on 01978 666700 and ask for Jane Weigh (e-mail address janew@graphtecgb.com.) Jane has always been most helpful and they always seem to have plenty in stock and will send out on a next day delivery service.

Join the Graphtec crafty club www.crafty_club.co.uk and order your blades from the club and you will get free p&p. I think they are about £18.00. HTH

I know you could say "they would say that would'nt they" but I was once told by Steve at Graphtec that many years of experience in the sign industry had taught them that unless the blades used are originals the quality of cut can be inferior and more customer problems are caused by cheaper replacements than anything else they come across in customer service. I have always stuck with the original replacements and have never had a problem.
