What is a Circle Journal (CJ)?
There is a fabulous article in the Library detailing what a Circle Journal is, giving both a general overview and a Beginners Guide to CJs (by Rhomany). Please take some time to read this article (http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=208&Itemid=32) in order to understand what a CJ is, what you need to do if you participate in a CJ and CJ etiquette.

Signing up for a CJ is a commitment:- other scrappers are entrusting their books with you and everyone wants their books back at the end of the CJ circle. Please ensure you are able to commit to the CJ for the full term before agreeing to take part. Be realistic and try not to over commit yourself. Allowances can be made for holidays etc, as long as you notify the CJ organiser.

If you do fall behind due to circumstances beyond your control (illness, new job, family issues etc), please notify the CJ organiser directly as soon as possible. Don't panic and hide if you fall behind - it happens to us all - just make sure you keep in touch with the organiser and they will do their best to keep the CJ on track until you are able to catch up.

Circle Journal and Altered Book Rules
UKScrappers have set some rules with regard to Circle Journals and Altered Books, including details for submission, these can be read here (http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=57233)

As soon as the organiser has made their first post then you are good to go
