I have a few of these markers (bought individually) and wondered if they were compatible.
Your help would be much appreciated.

I think Copics and promarkers are compatible as both are alcohol based. Not sure about Tombow pens though, sorry!

Tombow markers are water-based. There's a good tutorial on how to use it here (http://sunflowersanddragonflies.blogspot.com/2008/02/tutorial-tuesday-watercolouring-with.html). As for compatibility, you will need to find a paper whereby both are agreeable on as one is water-based and the other, alcohol-based.

I've mixed aquapromarkers (water based) and promarkers (alcahol based) before now - you have to be careful if you are using any outlining inks - as to keep the outline straight with a water base (or wash if you want to use watercolour effects) you have to use an alcahol based outliner for the water based pens, and vice versa. You can get some great effects mixing the different media, but there is quite a bit of trial and error involved to get the feel. The paper you are using also has a big effect as mei lye said, although a standrad cartridge paper which you are used to using both with to get your lines crisp (if you want crisp lines that is) should be fine to mix them. Their compatability really depends on what you are planning on doing...
