Can anyone tell me what type of glue you use to attach PP to chipboard shapes? I have been experimenting but have then found when I come to file the edges to the PP away the paper gets mussed up iykwim. I have bought a decent file which I think will help too.

i just use pva, spread very thinly and give it a good half hour to adhere.

I use double sided tape and hardstick glue together. That way I get the added benefit of a couple of seconds movement of the pp and as Kirsty says, I give it a good amount of time to dry before I file

I use a wet glue, either PVA or a glue pen type, but try and resist filing till its dry. I use the BG files, they're brilliant. :)

Do you file for a distressed edge or does it give a clear normal one? I'm fed up of cutting round with my craft knife...!

i have found that when adhering PP to the front of notebooks it always helped to around the edges when I finished. I am not sure why but this alway seemed to help it "stick" better.

For me I use THIS (http://www.artcards.co.uk/detail1.asp?Code=AD-TOMBOW-MONO) glue to stick my paper down (it really is the best I have found and I just love it) and then when it's dry which doesn't take that long, I use my Basic Grey Precision File Set (http://www.artcards.co.uk/detail1.asp?Code=TL-BG643-PRECISIONFILE) like Sam and I have perfect shapes!! It's actually one of my favourite techniques....
