Here`s a new chat thread for 2009, a place for us all to leave messages, chat about our crop, leave requests for favourite cakes, ( you know who you are ! ) :mono: and to say hello to our new ladies joining. . Tanya emigrated to NZ last Monday and we wish her well in her new life there. Hopefully she will keep in touch with us via this thread. Well, who`s going to start the thread off ?

Hi All!

It was really great to be back at Redbourn today - can't believe it's been 3 months!! It was lovely to see so many familiar faces & to meet the new ones too! Thank you for allowing me to slip back into my 'special' place!!

The kit was just what I needed to kickstart my mojo & I was grateful for the carrot sticks too, having embarked on my 2009 weight loss campaign!! & if Jack Scrap thinks she's the size of an elephant then I'm the size of two:wacko:!! I felt very righteous today to have resisted the chocolates & cake - lush as they looked - I allowed my self the kit-kat (I can count that!!)

Sorry to be missing February's crop, but look forward to catching up with you in March!

It was really nice to welcome three new ladies to the group. Katherine, Juliet and Jill, looking forward to seeing you next time. And I musn`t forget to say a big thankyou to Tony :thanks: for the scrummy carrot cake. . what a star !
The next all day crop is on Saturday Feb 7th.
