I am working on removing sponsor info for user names that will no longer be sponsors of UKS or user names that have not been sent to me as nominated users for 2009 sponsors. If your blog is removed it is for a reason - please do not replace it. Blogs for non-sponsors for 2009 which contain links to retail sites will be removed over the next couple of days and sponsor status for all but the owners will also be removed. Sponsorship status for owners of businesses that will not be sponsoring UKS for 2009 will be removed the afternoon of the 31st.
If you are an existing sponsor who planned to sponsor for 2009 but have not yet gotten back to me with your completed form (which appears in the Sponsorship Guidelines post pinned in And Now a Word...) please do so ASAP.
Ex-sponsors who have their business name as their user name should contact me with a new name so non-spoonsors may not have a retail-related name as a User name - it will need to be changed.
A by-product of removal from the Sponsor user group is that your allowable PMs will revert to the default of 50 rather than the 200 allowed to sponsors. You will need to delete stored PMS/copies of sent PMs to drop below the 50 PM limit before you can use the PM system again.
