Morning all!
Well, Santa, just thank you so much. Todays parcel contains some lovely dovecraft ribbons in my favourite colours - Earthtones. They make a very welcome addition to my very small ribbon collection which I'm tryng to grow.
Lots of paper I have immediately sprang to mind that would co-ordinate with them. I love them, I almost don't want to use them  Thank you so so much!
EDIT: I've used some of the ribbon on my JYC page today. It was a perfect match! Piccies on my blog if you want to see it in action - or maybe you've seen it on the JYC thread already!

Hi Iana,
It went OK - I have no idea whether I passed or not but I gave it my best shot! It was Audit & Assurance  & I came out with a thumping headache but glad it is over. I have another one to sit next Monday and then I have to wait until February for the results, and then start the process again for more (or re-sits) in June - I do sometimes wonder about my sanity!!
Thanks for asking :D

Ooh Tiamariad,
I was just thinking of you and wondering how you got on today... hope it went well :)
I know how you feel, cos I completed my AAT qualification 18 months ago :D that was a great feeling! Then I went a little crazy and after 6 months off from studying I started my ACCA qualification. I took 2 exams in June this year, 2 now and (fingers crossed that I pass them) I then have 7 more to go to be fully qualified!!
It is hard work, especially with a young DS, a shift-working DH and a full time job BUT I keep reminding myself that it will all be worth it in the end
On top of all that I decided I needed a challenge (!!!) and signed up for Cycle Jordan next October - CRAZY? Who ME????
Yup! :D

You are crazy Kirsti!!!! How's the training for the cycling going???? Do you mind if I ask why you chose ACCA? We've had a guy from CIMA come to work encouraging us to do Cima Certificate but i'm undecided yet. The exam went well (I Think!!!) I couldn't get my trial balance to balance in section one, (realised when I left the exam I hadn't reversed my accrual DOH!) Section two I got my extended trial balance to balance and the Profit and loss was easy so not bad on the whole. How'd your exam go????
