cards for our troops

My local craft shop in Pontefract is aiming to send 1000 cards to our troops abroad.The aim is to provide them with handmade cards to send to loved ones.if you are intrested in donating cards Pm me and i will give you the address to send to.

The local craft shop is also running drop in sessions for people to make a card/s for the troops .The drop in sessions run until Friday 10th October.All materials are provided free .

Donated cards will be collected until the 18th October.

Due to the huge response a tv plea has been made to stop people from sending in cards.Apparently they had to employ 180 people to help pack the cards ready for distribution.
