If you reply, rather than going to your PM mailbox and replying from there, your reply DOES NOT GO TO THE SENDER, it comes to me.
I have been away for a bit, accessing UKS remotely, but not accessing my email, so have not sent out the usual reply when I get a reply to a PM in my mailbox. So if you THINK you have sent info to someone by replying to your email notification, you HAVE NOT. If you have sent an address, or sent the specifics of an order or marketplace sale, or if you have sent info about your (non-sponsor) business (naughty, naughty :)) they have not received it, I have.
If you are awaiting a reply, or wondering why you have not had a response, check you sent mail to see if you did this by mistake. If the TO: line says UKscrappers you know it never went to the person you intended it for.
