The original thread was located HERE (http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=220135).

The first post was....

I've been blog hopping tonight and was thrilled to see so many Dottie and George cards appearing. I noticed a few people on here have started using them too so I thought it would be a good idea to start a Dottie and George thread so that I can see all your creations in one place.
Bring em on girls!

Here are a few of mine.

Please feel free to carry on......

I love these images but Im finding my ink is running, what do others use to colour them in?

Louly

I use Prisma Premier Pencils with Sansador (Artists spirits) blended in with paper stump (or tortillons) it doesn't affect printer ink at all, even straight out of the printer.

It's ace Sue!
I'm sorry I haven't been around on here much lately. I've been a busy bee.
I'm soon going to be going part time at work in order to properly pursue my crafting dreams so hopefully I won't be having to spread myself to thinly.

Fabulous cards ladies:love:

Tomorrow is the start of a new me, a new Dottie's World and a new career for me!

As of tomorrow I'll be only working mornings at school so that I can focus my afternoons on the downloads and my magazine work, I've been self employed (for my craft earnings) for a while now but it always hard to fit everything into the day so hopefully now things will be a whole lot better.
Now, onto the news.........

We have a new collection!!!!
It's called Animal Magic and, you guessed it, it's all animals!
There's one for you to look at at the bottom of the page. ALSO we have our monthly give away live today, all you have to do is enter the challenge on Dottie's World and you'll get it!

good luck in your new career! I am thinking of buying the christmas downloads, except I don't understand the difference between the transparent downloads and the filled ones.
If I wanted to print out the images onto patterned paper , am I correct in thinking that the filled ones would print out white over the paper?

Louly

No hun, whichever option you go for they print out the same. The idea with the transparent ones is that you can use them on your PC for digi work or layer them onto a patterned background on your pc before printing out, if you tried using the JPG format for layering on your PC you'd get a white box around the image (on the screen). Does that make sense?
Don't worry, loads of people have and probably still will ask the same question.
