does this count as a wedding card?
I had to make a card for a Civil Partnership but didn't want to use 2 brides. So I used the Doves on a heart, I found on Photobucket, which i decoupaged in 5 layers. Matted and layered onto C & C miri board. Blue is from Crafters Companion. Finished off with border peel-offs and sentiments.

My nephew is getting married and I wanted to make them a SPECIAL card. As I chickened out of making their wedding cake - I made them one on the card. Please click on photo to see details better.
:thanks: to Tracy for the lovely idea - hope my version can be accepted. I didn't manage a photo as clever as Tracy's but mine stands and opens too.

Ikki what a lovely card, I think I may need to try a completely white textured card for a wedding. Here is a card that I had to redo because it was sent to Nigeria and did'nt get to the couple, so the second 1 went with the persons relative.
Templates used were from Gentleflower and SJbayley.(need to check second name)
I'm sorry about the size of first photo, resized it for my blog and forgot to save it with a different file name!!!

Never really used the bride and groom from Sizzex before - found them a bit boring - but with a little glitter here and there and some tiny flowers added - they can work.
Cake, however, is one of my favourites - great fun decorating it in different ways.

I don't usually make cards to sell as I never know what to charge for them but I was recently asked to make a card for a colleague. She wanted something different for a wedding she was attending as the father of the bride is in the printing/stationery business....so no pressure there then
I decided to make a tag book card which thankfully she loved - here's some pics (sorry they are not brilliant).
