The original Simple Lattice tutorial was missing a screenshot, so I have amended the file. For those who downloaded the original I have also attached a screenshot of the missing picture. This was missing from page six. Sorry about that.

This has been bugging me. I was able to do a rectangle but that was it. I have final worked out how to do any shape lattice and add numbers or symbols so I thought someone else might find it useful
Let me know if anything is not clear.
