Please can you tell me why do the people i have requested to be my friends and contacts instead of a picture there is a question mark then my user name why is this happening thanks for any help

if you mean on their list, then I suspect this is because you don't have an avatar. I see you have a horse as your profile picture, but that's a different thing completely.

anyone who has me on their friends list will see the shopping bags with the 'no' sign that you see to the left of this post under my username
