They are more comfy than most mules....although it is hard to say if they are more comfortable than the original crocs....depends on whether you prefer heels or flats.

For those cardies that are tryin to sharpen their Prisma's. I ended up buying an electric sharpener (about a fiver). Saved all but 2 of my pencils and no blistered fingers.... bonus lol

If your pencils just need a liittle bit more to get a point, have you tried using a pen knife and just scraping down the lead?? This usually works for me.

Caz - love the card - but I love all your work - I've borrowed some prismas from a friend but I can't seem to get the colouring as well as you have - but I suppose it takes practice - the paper you stamp is it quiet smooth? I think I need to get some smaller paper stumps - BTW thanks for the tutorial on masking - it was fab - just got to get the brickwall stamp so I can have a go!

BTW - love the new crocs too - they look fab!!

Sarah...they do take some practice and I find the smooth paper is the best. I have used SU Whisper White...but I think it is quite expensive, so I went to staples and got a pack....it is in the green range and is 160gms. It is lovely and smooth and costs £6.99 for 250 sheets...they even had a BOGOF on it recently...not sure if it is still on.

As for colouring I usually colour in around the edges first and then add a very very light amount of colour in the middle and then blend. I then go back and add more for definition as needed...the best thing is to practice, as it really will help.

That card is lovely and smooth, just wondered which ink you use to stamp? I find black too harsh and bought a grey archival but its not dark enough.

Sam, I used Dark Brown Stazon...I find it nicer than black as it is not as harsh, but better than grey which is too light.

Caz lovely card.
Here (http://angeljakki.blogspot.com/2008/05/black-and-white.html) is a tutorial for a expanding wallet. Its really easy to do and great for stamped images.
Stazon do stone gray which is great, it is dark enough and gives a pencil drawn feeling to the images.

My Prismas arrived about an hour ago, been sharpening and playing (with Caz's images - ta). :D:D:D

The colour is fantastic, the guy sent me a Prisma blending pencil which seems ok and 12 free berol verithin pencils. Oh and they got here really quickly and well packaged - would def recommend him.

I can't believe how many pencils there are, I'm not sure I'll ever use them all!

Tell them it's by winsor and newton.

oh just read the label and it says in brackets under sansador - low odour solvent

My first go at using distress inks for colouring on watercolour paper. All magnolia stamps used to create the scene and a bit of watercolour for sky and grass. I am not too sure about it but definitely need more practice! Sakura glitter pens on their wings and BG Gypsy paper.

I decoupaged him - stamped x3 and then layered him up -

So the bottom is complete , next layer cut out T-shirt but kept neckline of it and so 3rd layer has Jacket withface, and trainers only!!

Its institute glue it is really good glue and lasts ages. Just put abit of glue then the beads and then covers bead with glue again which is white but then dries clear.

Use whatever your happy with, some are coloured with prisma pencils, some water coloured , some water coloured using the TH distress inks.
