Search facility not working

Has the facility to search threads or posts been disabled?

I can't seem to get up any recent posts when I do a search for a keyword.

Any help gratefully received :)

For instance I put in "search facility" in the search box.....it brought up some results but not this thread.

I can't seem to get anything beyond the early part of April onwards iyswim :huh:

Ok, well thanks for trying anyway......I've got no idea why it won't work, it doesn't work on two computers and I've tried clearing the cookies etc.....I'll have a go again another time.

Just a thought - but have you tried putting " " marks around your key word?

When Im trying to find lost team threads to post house info thats what I do.

I've noticed recently that the search doesn't appear to be bringing up all the items it should be for me

To test it I searched for some words that I knew I had used in the Robo section and it didn't find my reply

For example I knew I had used the word yellow in a craft robo thread 2 or 3 weeks ago but when I searched nothing came up. So I looked for the thread manually and found it here (http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=219467&page=3) post number 39

I tried lots of different options, ie just the word yellow, yellow and posts by me, search just the Robo section and also the whole forum, show results as thread, show results as posts, but none of these found it

Niki, I have just done a search for the word yellow and your thread didn't come up either. In fact there is a big jump in dates so I tried with a really common word...."today".

It found loads of matches up until the 9th March, then nothing, then loads more dated yesterday.......:blink:.....very weird!!
