I'm a bit confused - not difficult i know!
I have taken part in four different swaps and have 4 +ve feedbacks and yet my trader rating under my avatar shows the number 3. Why?

Two of the ratings came from the same person.
The number under your name reflects the +ve rating from each individual - if you click on the link you will see you have a total of 4 +ves altogether.

Thanks...Didn't realise it worked it out by individuals, i thought it did it per swap IYSWIM...:)

Have you asked her? Maybe she just forgot, or she has a few to do and will do them all at one time?

When you say 'trade' do you mean a purchase/sale on the marketplace? That and an organised group swap are the only things that can be rated.

If you arrange a direct 1-to-1 swap (trade) with someone, that isn't rateable. Nor is a RAK or a PIF.

The host of the swap usually does all the ratings for the group. So I did all of group 8's rating then Anita did mine, Bobbie. HTH.

Hope you dont mind me highjacking the thread, bot my trader rating is 13 instead of 15-not that I am supertitious, I have a trader rating from the same person but it was for a different swap. Any ideas please?

Lynne, looks like one of the folks you received a rating from is no longer a registered user so that might be why their rating doesn't show up in your count any more :unsure:

14 green smiley faces would mean a count of 14 if they were all from different people. But two are from the same person (doesn't matter whether one is a swap and one is a marketplace) so that means the count is only 13.

The blue question mark doesn't change your count, as that's a neutral
