im back from my pschyiatrist and have got to increase straight from 200mg to 400mg as my lithium levels are way too low hence me wanting to scream and kill etc etc all the time

lost it on the way there as i stalled the car as i stalled the car (as im not quite used to it as its not mine) and the lady behind me started shuting at me so that was it i went beserk i wouldnt move i drove to light and when they changed i just sat there

nobody has a go at me after what i went thru in my car the other week

right ive picked up my meds from chemist too so just going to checkmy painkillers are there and take some as my hands are really hurting and i kep dropping things

ive been looking on net for some nice easy low fat healthy recipes that are easy for meto do bearing in mind i forget i have things cooking so easy quick recipies are best

plus i need things that i can do for one as kieran hardly eats as it is as oh doesnt like anything heathy so i need to just cook small meals for me

Susannah: while I was sorting through my stamps I found a couple that I'm not going to use. I shoved them in the parcel as well, so you are welcome to keep them or pass them on to someone who will use them. I only need the bees back. I've put my address in the parcel.

As for work, I'm a researcher, which means I design and run surveys for the government. Right now I'm co-writing a book on disability in Britain, which is due to be published in July. It's quite a big thing, as there will be a press launch and I'll be co-presenting with the Secretary of State. Ought to get back on the diet wagon, or I'll look like a right heifer in front of the media!

Morning everyone! Feeling much better today, Ron has gone to work. I'm about to start some ironing so it's just a quick hello. I'm also on a mission to make a skirt today for a wedding on Saturday - mad I know! Found some material this morning but dithered so when Layla and I go to the dentist later I'll go and pick some up and then I can start this evening. I used to make myself loads of clothes and then stopped but I can't remember why! As I've been scanning all those old photos I've been seeing what I'd made so it's time to dust the sewing machine off! Be back later.

and clair the answer is simple i just play with my kids (11 - 19 year olds) so not really playing, but we now have a great craft class goin on with them thanks to ppl on uks, i love them all dearly but its on one of thouse estates where the parents dont really, so we have alot with asbos and criminal records and stuff but we are teaching them basic skills inc maths english, manners, cooking, how to work as a team (very important for a job) and now we do crafts to chill down with them,

well we do have a pool table too!! lol

im here im just feeling very very stressed

i feel like i need a friend here to comfort me and just be there watching tv or crafting with, not necessary talking about stuff just being there for me

i feel so down today i cried twice when i went to see my pschyiatrist and im just not happy at all

i have had my maze bok back from the swap and it is lovely i must post piccies for you all you will love it

nic i envy you making clothes that sounds fabulous

i do have a sewing machine and i did want to go to college to do dressmaking or soft furnishings but at the moment my head cant think straight so it would just be something else to worry about as there are exams and homework coursework etc etc and i think it would not be a good idea at all

Hi Karen! Hope things are good with you.

I'm a big Elvis fan. My mother now lives about an hour from Graceland, so I've been a couple of times. I wasn't a fan before I first went, but I loved it after! Hunk a hunk a burnin' love and all that.

We had a trip where Elvis followed us around: first Memphis, then on to Nashville where we stumbled onto the place where he recorded his big albums (looked like a supermarket to me, but lots of other people were getting excited) then down to New Orleans where we had (completely unexpectedly) managed to book the room with the balcony where Elvis sang King Creole at the start of the eponymous film. Great trip. Exhausted after. And just about ready to kill my mother (good job we left the country when we did!)

im dreading it as its a 4 hour journey here which shaun will be driving and then its a four drive journey back which i will be driviing as shaun will be driviing his new van

Sorry to hear about ur dad lisa, at least he's lucky enough to have a loving daughter to care for him ,i work in a residential home and there are alot of older people out there who's family just dont bother! makes me sick, i'd hate the thought of my mum being left in a home and me not even bothering to visit! makes me angry but i suppose thats just the way this world is!

Hello everyone!

Another quick hello I'm afraid. I'm busy sewing. I decided yesterday that I wanted to make a skirt to wear to a wedding on Saturday! I've nearly finished. It's only taken 2 hours so far this morning while Layla is asleep, and that's cutting out and everything! I'd forgotten how much I enjoy it. I used to make loads and while I've been scanning I've seen all the things I've made in the past - like my best friends wedding dress!

Hope you are all okay. I should be back on later this afternoon. Ron and I have a session at Relate after I drop Layla off at nursery so should be back around 3. Hopefully I'll have finished the skirt by then.

am going to finish the last bit of my baby card got half done yesterday and then when john came in he wanted to do my hanging basket,then spent the evening at my best friends deciding where we will go on holiday in october,have to choose wisely because of my walking disabilities.

we set off at 9am this morning to go to bank then set off for milton keynes at 10.10am where we bought last van from

we got back £4.500 of the £7.500 we spent on a stolen van and then from there we headed to Norfolk

Got to norfolk bought van then set off for hom at 4.45pm so i started driving at 4.45 and have just walked in

if you think thats long think about shaun hes been driving since 9 am not 4.45 lol

then again hes just had a years ban so i think hes caught up all in one day now lol

anyway im back safe and sound and are going to get sorted put something on to cook as really hugry, get me a glass of wine, get changed and catch up on here

an 07 clio, its a lovely car to drive. i will be driving a vauxhall zafira when ive passed, as its my parents car and ive gone on their insurance to take the pressure off my mum driving all the time to the hospital etc with my dad

I like those Vauxhalls: and I like the way Vauxhalls drive too.

I learned in a Peugeot 306 and loved it, but then started a new job and was given a company car and they wouldn't let me have one of those, so I had to move up to something bigger. I did 30,000 miles in my first year after passing my test, so I guess they got me up to speed fairly quickly. While I was waiting for my proper car to be delivered, I drove 6 different cars that I was allocated by the fleet manager, ranging from one of those huge Volvo 4x4s to a Mercedes CLS (gorgeous) and a new Beetle (really really hated it)

Have now left that job and don't do anywhere as much driving, but still v happy on the motorway!

i dont like the new beetles either, only been in one, never drove one. i like 4x4's but would never be able to afford one or to run one lol. my friend has a mercedes, not sure which one except that its convertible lol.

my ideal car (money no option of course lol) would be an audi R8 or an EVO8

thats in my dreams tho lol sam says when he's a top london lawyer he will buy me a audi TT as a run around car and an R8 as my going posing car cruising around lol

I've got one of the cheap rubbish Merc A classes, and I love him to bits. He's called Zizu and he's opened up a whole new world for me. I learned late as well, and it is the best thing I have ever done. There is something brilliant about being able to go where you want when you want.

That sound like a well lush car to have lisa at 18, when i passed my test at 17 i had a 1.1 escort which i write off 3 months later, then got a little austin metro which was the biggest bit of scrap metal u've evr seen but was a reliable little thing! since then i've had a few others, but did love my astra.

i spent all day at mil's last sunday stamping, ive bought two boxes of papermill card and used it all and none of it for me all for stamped images and now ive got another load to do this sunday

i thought i told you that i wouldnt get them til next week as i wont be doing them til sunday

trouble is i answered a couple of threads off prople asking for some stamped images and then when people see you offereing i then got inundated with pms asking if they can have some too and its hard to say no you cant

so i guess im gonna be stamping all day this sunday too lol
