Would you believe we came to build out last wardrobe tonight to finish bedroom and there was a packet of screws missing so its only half built, Dale going to nip to shop and get some on his way home from work tomorrow, makes you mad though.

I tried to stick coving up on my own while dale while building my bedside cabinet wrong (why did i leave him), and i couldnt quite reach high enough on tip toes on step ladders and coving fell and i got glue all over my new curtains:(

I am really torn, i want to sit at the computer and scrap, but i can't stop living family life, in order to scrap it! no inset day today tl but kids off school on thursay so going to go get them new shoes then wo woo and ii have to get the wedding pics manipulated to show clients and i have the chance to meet my Gran about 40 miles away from home and my aunt so think i am going to do that on friday and work photo work every evening to catch up so no scrapping for me this week, mind you have done lots this weekend! to keep me going.xx

DQ has just received her stash swap- I think some kid has packed up her mums entire stash collection as the box is the size of about 6 pizza boxes and cost 0ver £6 to post!

AHH no thats a problem. I wrote a biography for Clive and stated that he came from Indonesia, i did not know that Clive had been tell people he came from St kitts which is in the Caribean. he really should get his story straight!

The bulk of the worlds coconuts are produced in Indonesia, but who knows, with that garish colour scheme he likes maybe he is from the lovely island of St kitts!

computer froze again last night its cos I on all the magnolia blogs but power stayed on which means to may go off next Sunday typical but I not overly worried as dont scrap much on a weekend I have my fix on here Watched midsummer murder last night it was good
I added to the card and chalked the faces arms legs been hunting down 2 watercolour pencils here to buy but really they make it difficult but may stick with chalk for now

my ds cooked dinner in his resturant (his bedroom ) tonight and served us
he had made a menu got dressed as chef etc and charged us £4.60 for pizza and salad, luckily my dh gets staff discount so we got it half price. (dh went to the shop with ds to get and supervised cooking):lol:

the only thing I can suggest is to see if she will do it while sitting on your lap then you would be able to set the camera up and put it on self timer.

another 8 years to go.... it will flash by, though to be honest as i went out for a huge indian for lunch today i had to force myself to eat the meal tonight so as not to disappoint ds. I had a stuffed full tummy sitting doubled up at an kids ikea table and chairs, but he had chosen to give dh and me a resturant meal complete with romantic music and wine testing (would you like to test the wine madam (pour dribble drip spalsh whoops.... glad he has a very dark carpet and not a cream one!)so i had to . I did very nearly burst open!

Sorry BP didn't mean to scare you!. Just to let you know there is a device called a sling box which you can attach to your tv in the UK and when in SA you can watch British TV over the internet! If you ever get broadband it might work. Big bro has just got one- will let you know how he gets on with it

No problem with the lump- it's a blocked sinus duct or similar so nothing to worry about. Had my check up and xrays while I was there so that's me clear for another 6 months.

Hi I am back have had a lovely afternoon, walked down to Asda by the lane and took lots of photos. mainly of flowers as the butterflies and birds just wouldn't play ball with me all except two black birds who were very obliging.
Hope my stuff comes tomorrow will have to check with Scrapajack for the glue run thingies. she said she would post them to me but haven't received them either.

Beautiful, Mary. I love blackbirds-they seem such gentle birds. Can't decide it that's a male with a few brown feathers or a female who's very dark!

they asked me to provide some photos for an article last week on a certain theme, then asked if i could do a lo on the same theme (which i did at mums) i emailed the pic of lo and got the "yes we want it" from them so sent it off yesterday.
I am very pleased.

No problem with the lump- it's a blocked sinus duct or similar so nothing to worry about. Had my check up and xrays while I was there so that's me clear for another 6 months.

Having mac+ cheese for lunch but the heat from it has buckled to tray I've carried it on so I guess it's too hot to eat!

Haven't picked mine yet - chipboard arrived today.

POOPED today again, but lots of driving. DH got upset today as he went to visit a friend we've not seen for ages, they have our cats' sisters and one of them is identical to Gilly, who's been missing, and he saw her, thought "it's him" and then got really upset when he realsied where he was..... :(
