How are you all? What are you all up to this weekend?

I got my bunk beds:D and my desk (which is lovely):D and i put them both together on my own (well with the help of a small boy who kept getting in the way to start with but was brilliant when it came to the slats (he would get me two pegs and a slat everytime i nailed one in!) and then fixed the flush on the loo, so a pretty productive day yesturday and now i have a craft room, and as of tomorrow i should have the internet in there too, so i can start baracading myself in and playing with all the lovely bits of paper.

This is just a quick visit as we have a tea collegue over from the US/Kenya and are tasting on mass for the World Tea Expo at the end of May. Have to go and have dinner out tonight too.

i gave up trying to match papers and cardstock to photos and am working on the principle that as scrapbook village is holding the crop that they'll have plenty of stash to buy:D

Not much, went and bought a new toy, A wireless printer so I can now print from the laptop. It was the same price as buying an adaptor to make the main printer wireless.

Evening Ladies :)

Heather - my shift went quick last nite - was quite a good one and even better coz I'm not in now 2 weeks :) Maybe not as they are trying someone out for taking over my fri nite - so fingers x they work out and last nite was my last :)

Went and did some food shopping today in Inverness and a wee look round the shops :lol: Went to the big garden centre that has the craft section in it and OMG I thought I'd died and gone to HEAVEN :lol: Have now found a decent craft shop...... ok so it's an hour in the car both ways but worth it as I do my main shopping up that way anyway. They had the BIA and all the covers, wires ect - dies for sizzix and the bug and the papers and cardstock OMG !!! Have found my tote bag/trolley for when I come down south next year :lol: Callum couldn't see what all the fuss was about MEN !!!! They even do classes so am going to enquire about a crop :) Am soooooooooooooo on cloud nine - Callum had to drag me out :lol: Sorry for going on about it but compared to the 2 shops that are quite near me........

Hi Karen, Glad you found a decent craft shop, they are hard to come by.

I love the printer, I would recommed it to anyone. The one I got is on offer at pcworld just half price (that's the reason I got it as it cost the same as getting wireless printer adapter). It was so easy to install to.

Hi Ravers

Boy didn't you all chat after I left last night :blink: :lol:

Had a day of doing little bits and then watch Enchanted as I popped to asda for some bread rolls and they had it on Blu-ray. Just put the spuds/carrot/parsnip/onion mix in the oven to roast off a little and then I will pop the chops on top to cook in a moment. I'm rather hungry as we didn't have any proper lunch - I don't think and banana and yoghart counts as a proper lunch really :lol:

We did clean all the animals which with 10 hamsters and a guinea pig is a task in itself! :wacko:

WHat has everyone else been upto?

hi ladies hope you all had a nice sunday.i treat myself to a new digi camera cos the one i have didnt come with software to load it onto my computer. i spent many hours shouting at the guy on the helpline but he didnt help! :angry:anyway its been two years since my last one and i cant believe how great this one is for the price. it does all sorts of magical things. i'm very impressed:)

Weather here has been gorgeous so we spent all day out in the garden trying to make a start - we managed to get quite a bit done and it's looking heaps better :) It was a very fun too not just all work :lol: have taken plenty of piccies.

Fi - we had for our dinner - great minds eh :lol: Wow you sure do have a lot of animals to clean out !

Debi - what camera did you get ? I treated myself recently and got a Fugi s5700 and boy do I notice the difference in my pics :)

karen-its a little kodak. ive got a kodak with a big zoom lens to take photos of the fab views on our scotland holidays (4 booked this year!) but this one is so tiny and it does so many things

fiona-we'll be up at glen dochart in june, september is the solway coast, november its skye and i'm having a city break in edinburgh to celebrate (or forget) my 40th birthday in january next year. I love scotland and cry every holiday when its time to come home. when i win the lottery i'll move up their like a flash!

Yes, Have a good program for them this term, not saying the other terms are bad. Planned for them to gain 2 badges and they wont really know they are doing them. 1 is about working together and the other is about healthy living. I'm using new resources, so looking forward to seeing how they go down.
