tried and tested
cuts quickly if you are careful you can fit two cards on the one page.

I cut this in white and colour it. Because the windows and doors are also cut through, I use the backing shape in gold or black, and also put in little curtains, cut by hand.

This is my design but I am happy for you to use it (not commercially mass produced though!)

Hi All,
I am posting this on the off chance that this might be useful to someone. I started with Kiwikids Eiffel Tower file (can be found in the Travel sub-forum), then got myself into all kinds of problems and the lovely helpful members in the Chat room got me on the right track. Thank you to Kiwikids for the original outline. Without that I wouldn't had a hope!! The words come from another site?? Please correct me if I have that wrong.
I now have a greater appreciation for the amazing designs others have been making :D
It isn't very elaborate as I have run out of time.

Hi All,
I love quirky building designs for cross stitch, such as Michael Powell, so I thought I would try doing a cottage card.
I have included the chimney stack in brick and the roof in thatch if you would like to print and cut these and add as a 3-D effect.
The door opens and the window panes are cut out so that you can add an inside view if you want, I have put a pumpkin in the doorway for no other reason than it is nearly halloween!
There is no copyright on any part of this design, please feel free to use, alter and decorate as you wish!
File 2a is the front of the card, 2b is the base card shape.
Hope you have fun,

My first card. A house card. I forgot to take a picture of the finished card before giving it away so I made a printscreen instead. Sorry.

I have added black card behind windows and use loads of glitter on the roof, chimney and windows.

It looks more American than uk but I'm sure someone might be able to use it.

Well, after avoiding designing due to time etc other than matting and welding words, I have designed something in Designmaster. It's a new house card and I've put a picture of the one I've made - the flowers and ivy are done in flower soft.
The green lines are for scoring (or you can use pounce).
Hope it might be of use to someone.
If anyone can open and save for Robomaster I would be very grateful.

There is a card and a topper here. They could possibly be used for a rather 'posh' new home or even a little boy's card but was originally made for a relative embedded with the NT. The topper has a 1.5mm black mat and I have also included a 4mm mat. It is saved as suitable for a C6 (tent) card but could easily be made larger. The topper is also saved as A6. If you feel you need a bit more strength to the top of the card it is easy enough to remove the castellations each side on the black background. I hope someone finds them useful.
This template has now been converted for all GSD files with Brian's conversion programme. I hope it works for you please let me know if you run into problems.
