Problems with spreadsheet

Hiya I am 'leader' of a new team and am just trying to get my head around the spreadsheet for points. I have opened it, unzipped it (I think) and am now trying to add deatils but it keeps saying it is protected so am trying to remove protection and then it asks for a password. Can somebody help pls!!! :(

Panic over- was trying to write in a cell that wasn't allowed too!!! Me and technology dont mix too well!!!!!

since having my new laptop (just before last CC) I have had problems sending my spreadsheet to my house leader!!!! Poor Peechy ends up with about 8 emails from me before one gets through-but i do them all exactly the same-its totally weird!!!!!

Had problems getting my email through this month, kept coming back undelivered, so I hope I got the points in on time.
