This thread has been automatically created, because the original thread had over 250 posts.

The original thread was located HERE (http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/showthread.php?t=133549).

The first post was....

Post your Children and Baby Cards here for all to see and check back regularly for inspiration from the many talented ladies we have here :D

Every so often I will delete the comments posts, so that we can keep the images only, and hopefully this will build into a mini gallery of Baby and Children Cards :D

Please feel free to carry on......

Made using the New Arrival cartridge on the Cricut. Card is cut from black and white Bazzill bling which has a lovely texture and sheen to it. The pregnant lady is cut into the card and backed with the black card.

Hi Gill

Just looked for you - the letters are 4 cm (to you that would be a bit more than 1½ inch) tall. They are from the Sizzlet baby set.

Hope this helps.

I thought that I'd make something fun for a change. It's always a struggle to make for a child so this is what I've come up with. The hair is cord that I've pulled out to make hair. The paper is good quality wrapping paper.

Awww Kim that's gorgeous! Have to say we were convinced our first was a boy and were wrong - bit shocked when a girl popped out! We were pleased though and didn't mind either way.... This time we asked and they sonographer couldn't tell v well because of baby's position - she suspected another pink one but I'm not counting any chickens just yet

Can't be long for your DD now - poor thing hanging on - I know how she feels

Here's a very simple, quick card I made for one of DD's little friends - he loves Roary... Not my most fave of cards but I know he'll love it - I always find kiddies of this age prefer simple, character cards - esp the ones they are 'into' at the time

This is a Swedish stamp - but luckily our flag looks the same - just a different colour. Remember the days we had our breakfast in bed for our b-day - would have that now - I hate crumbs in the bed.

Coloured with my good old aquarel pencils. The tiny bow in her hair is thanks to my DH - he gets the cutest ideas sometime - but gee it was very fiddly to make!!!

As it is for another 5 year old I'll leave it here too.

LOOK - she likes icecream.
This too is a kick-stand card - I was REALLY out of my comfort zone with this one - as the mother I am making it for ask for something with a lot of colours and lots of things happening. Well looking at the finished result - that's sure what she got

Better get your sunglasses on before clicking...

This is Eloise Greengrass from the Chichiboulie range on Stamping Bella.

I've stamped her dress on vellum and coloured with my Prismas in the same shade of pink as the main image. Layered it on top of original image and edged with Glamour Dust.
It's for our friends little girls birthday next week.

My first card using George. Put the holographic card through my big shot using the cuttlebug embossing folder, wasnt sure about the finished effect I was going to get but gave it a try anyway and it actually worked out better than I thought. (must try with some of the other folders and see how they turn out!)
