Sarah, I've added you both to the list.

Did some last minute present shopping this morning - was in town by 8.45 to get a parking space. Spent this evening wrapping up all the presents, tomorrow we'll be delivering a lot of them. Not many sleeps now til the big day:lol:

Struggling to send a pm to you Dee but I picked up on a thread on General Scrapping but I think Linda knows where she sent for the stuff and it was the Ellison site.

It's me Jill!!!!

Hi everyone

Sounds as if Lucy enjoyed her Christmas! Hope everyone else did!! Ours was the usual hectic time we have here with Pam and Jack and I think New Year is going to be even more so. We have people here on New Years Eve and after New Year get together on New Years Day!!!

Bought lots of craft stuff of course, including rubber stamps and some card blanks ready for my lessons in card making!! Also some more paper (do I need it??) brads and rub ons, an album (for the New Zealand trip) because it was cheaper than back home and my Cricut cart that Pam ordered on my behalf has turned up as well, so that completes all the cricut carts that I want which is good!

Hope everyone has a great New Year and looking forward to seeing everyone again

Its me Jill!!!

Hi all

As I was on UKS thought I would just post - Hi Daynna am in the USA at the moment but I'm really Jillybee not PamelaH (that's my daughter!)

Really looking forward to all the January crops I'm at - taken quite a lot of photos whilst I have been here. Have bought a small journalling book whilst I have been here and think I might put them in that, though I expect there might be a few 12x12 pages as well. Found some great Basic Grey papers here and also have decided I really like Creative Imaginations papers so I have quite a few of those as well + quite a lot of other things as well of course! Sooooo cheap! Most of the papers I have got for 30p a sheet and some double sided was on offer and I got that for 20p a sheet!

Hope you are all ok and see you soon

Jill

Hope your hangover wasn't too bad Dee.

Sounds like you've had a great time Lucy - see you at the Saturday crop.

DH has kindly passed his cold onto me so I've got the snuffles and fuzzy head - hopefully it won't hang around as long as his did.

I've almost completed the project I'm doing with this months kit so hopefully it will be on the homepage of Scr@paholics by early next week for you to look at.

Daynna
04-01-2008, 09:46 PM
Oh wow your lucky, Just one suitcase lol!

my cousin went in october on her honeymoon didnt ask her to bring anything as she doesnt do the whole crafty thing its only me

i got loads sorted cleaned out under the stairs, did 4 massive big bags full and the some other bits and pieces i think the bin men will be shocked but lucky for us we live above shops so have skip thingys for bins

Jillybee
04-01-2008, 10:04 PM
Ha ha Daynna shove it in someone else's bin!!! Have sometimes thought of doing that!!! Skips rented by someone else are always useful!

Unfortunately when you travel cattle class you are only allowed one suitcase - probably just as well!!!!! Goodness know how much I would bring back if I was posh and travelled club etc!

As soon as i know what the complete theme is i'll let you now jilly (I'll PM it to you as I would probably not be doing the team any favours by giving it away - another team might swipe the idea, lol) however I'll give you a clue - it's going to involve recycling (shhhh!)

i've had the most laziest morning ever all i done was curl up on the settee with 2 pillows and a duvet to keep me warm and i just read my book

this afternoon i escorted one of my elderly residents to the fracture clinic at derriford as she needed her wrist to be checked, i was in and out of derriford just over 1 hour which was really good i was expecting to be there at least 3 hrs or maybe even more

hazel

Daynna
08-01-2008, 02:16 PM
Afternoon

Wow hazel (and Hi!) that was quick, it normally is a 3 hour wait up there they do seem to be better except i went a few years back to get my rings cut off as i had an allergic reaction and couldnt get them off i was there 3 1/2 hrs and it wasnt even busy!

they seem to be quite good with young and old people tho.

cant not wait till tomorrow the dyson man is coming to fix my dyson, every other hoover ive used has died the lastest one this morning it started smoking so its now out side waiting to be binned! roll on dyson man!

xx

Lindy
08-01-2008, 05:49 PM
Hi Daynna - hope the Dyson man has been.

I've been busy scrapbooking this month and so far have managed to keep up with the January challenge I found on another website which challenged you to do a LO a day. Although I haven't actually done a LO every day I have managed to complete 7 LO's over the course of 4 days so am on track to completing 31 in January - if I can keep it up that is:lol:

Had dentist this morning just a check up and had the all clear - thank goodness - I don't like going to the dentists although my dentist as a person is nice enough.

My friend is coming round tonight so not sure I'll get any crafting done today:( but seeing my friend will be worth missing it.

Craftdee
08-01-2008, 07:17 PM
