How do I claim points for challenges?

Will somebody please point me in the right direction for how to claim points for challenges. Is there a guide somewhere I can print out? I am quite new, here, so apologies if I have started this thread in the wrong place!

Red... Let your team leader know if you've done a challenge LO and how many points you scored (based on the criteria set by the challengers). Your team leader will then add it to the spreadsheet under your name.

That's all that you need to do. There is a thread about it somewhere, but I seem to have lost it!!
