downsizing a digi file

OK I know how to reduce an ordinary file for uploading to the internet, but how do I do it with a digital LO??? Is it the same? AM i being duh???? (highly likely as it has been a long day).

You need to save the LO as a jpeg file and then you can reduce as normal. I have 3 saved versions of all my digi LO'S. 1 as a PSD keeping all layers. 1 as anormal JPEG for printing and 1 reduced JPEG for uploading.
