Have finally got around to using this lovely penny black stamp I brought last year and never used. Enjoyed making a different style of card to what I usually do. Front Panel is embossed with cuttlebug folder, greeting is by Amuse and inside greeting by Hero arts. Hope you like it...sorry its a bit blurry, used new phone to take photo and not used to using it yet!!
One done with the Robo, Pink Petticoat papers and Stampin Up Baroque Motifs flourish

Yesterday I had the day off and very naughtily sent my daughter off to nursery so that I could spend the whole day on crafting with all my stash spread out over the lounge!!!
This is the first card - I used a Penny Black stamp cut out and put onto some pearlised card. I coloured in the image using some Sakura Glaze pens to give the post box some gloss and water coloured the rest of the image. I then used Cuttlebug Snow embossing folder to emboss the bottom circle and used a gold peel off greeting and a bit of ribbon.

Here is another one - same stamp as before but coloured all in water colours. I thought the postage stamp paper went well with the post box - it is from the Papermania Christmas stack.

Here is a couple more cards made with them.

Then I made another one using a swing card template - not overly sure about this one - I cut it by hand but it would be very easy to make using the Craft Robo.
http://bp3.blogger.com/_jZxRIYPEMVk/Ryr4LzcwZhI/AAAAAAAAAR8/0U4KBsDGdFg/s320/DSCN2081.JPG
I thought my last card using this stamp looked like it was missing something, so I took the peel off greeting off and stamp a greeting in red tinsel embossing powder instead.

I don't like these ones at all and they will probably never be sent out.
I used a precut aperture card which I put laminating sticky on the back of the windows and then stuck peel off bauble designs on the front. I then smothered the sticky with micro beads. Unfortunately then I ruined them by putting on more peel off baubles at the bottom and coloured them in using Sakura Glaze pens. I may cut these up and use them for something else - like a door wedge or something to stop a table leg wobbling

Here are 2 cards I made the other day, Father Xmas image is from PCCrafter. I went over the patterned paper with a clear sakura pen to give it a bit of glitz.
The blue DL I embossed with the snowflake Cuttlebug folder, the word Snow was cut on my robo I then added flowersoft and glitter.

I posted here a few days ago about images for pyramage and bought some Craft Creations decoupage sheets.
So here is my first attempt. I think I like it but not sure as I always think decoupage is a bit old fashioned and the images always look abit 70's don't they? As always, I have bought loads of these sheets so I will have to make lots of these type cards. Quick to make though.
The backing paper is from the DCWV Christmas stack and some gold holly peel offs.

Thanks for explaining. But PP can mean patterened paper too or is that not right?
No she comes like that in the set Lola Rose Occasions, there are loads. I did this expectant Mum one yesterday for a baby shower my daughter is throwing. This one I coloured in Digital Image Pro which I think is easier.

I saw this somewhere on the web made using 2 tag punches but as I don't have those I set about thinking how I could do it. I cut out the tags using the window feature on the Cricut stuck them onto vellum, assembled and cut it and am very pleased with myself as I was getting into a right pickle this morning because my tag shapes wouldn't fit The stickles aren't quite dry yet as you can probably tell, I 3d foamed the two base shapes together and then stuck 2 snowflakes in the middle with a little gem. I used Bazzill Bling card to cut out the shapes. It is too time consuming to make many and uses a 12x12 sheet of Bazzill and an A4 sheet of Vellum for just one snowflake but it is ok for a special card. Will mount it later and post the finished card here.

The cards I have made over the last few days were for a commision - my son's fiancee - so some are traditional, others a slight twist on the traditional theme.

My DH liked the 8 point starburst card (#2) best, but I liked the 11 point starburst card (#1) best. All of the white embossed (wet) snowflakes were designed by Silene in the CraftRobo Template section. I designed and cut the "MerryChristmas" with my CR and then embossed it with Brilliance "Pearlescent Sky Blue" pigment ink and then clear embossing powder. On card#1, I also used some Star Dust Transparent embossing powder.
By the way Kim, I like your cards much better than mine!

Hi - what fab cards everone is posting!
You are all worrying me as I have't come up with one for this year yet!
I did have a great christmas card in mind, but I then found out the word/phrase stamp I wanted to use was too big for the A6 card that I need to make them up with. So - I am back to the drawing board and looking at all of your lovely cards for inspiration as I need something quick but elegant if I am going to make 100 or so!
However, I did make one up yetserday for our youth group - when I get permission, I will post it - it's on the gallery!

Pam and Clare your cards are fabulous!!
I have a craft robo and it just sits on the table most of the time - you're inspiring me to get off my backside and do something with it!!!
Here is a card I did tonight for the current DCM challenge.

Wow Claire you got some cracking cards back from the swap, i love the ones you sent too. You're very talented.
Here's a very simple but i think quite funky card i've made for one of my teenage Nieces. What a photographing nightmare! It's much better IRL, i embossed an acetate card with the Cuttlebug snowflake folder and coloured the snow flakes from behind with Sakura glaze pens, i then embossed a piece of silver miri card using the same folder and stuck that to the inside back of the acetate card. (I hate to admit it but the sentiment is a peel off , but i did colour it pink with a peel off pen).

Absolutely fantastic box Tracy- almost makes me tempted to go buy a cricut!
A few Christmas cards for my mum's friend- can you tell her favourite colour is blue?! The colours are a bit off as I didn't realise how dark it was when I took the photos so have had to turn the brightness up a bit on them!

I'm supposed to be doing the corrections on my PhD thesis, but instead I made a card (oops, roads being paved with good intentions and all). Nothing outstanding, but quick, which, saying I am so far behind with my Christmas cards, is a good thing.

I love the cuttlebug embossing folders, but sometimes find that they tare the paper if it is not thick.
Happy December to you all
