This is a very intricate design. I had no problem when lifting it off the carrier sheet but I think it is a good idea to be careful.
You can cut several small flowers in an other colour and glue them on the frame. Ungroup and remove the centerhole in the flowers if you want.
I used 160g cardstock, thickness 30, speed 8, media card witout craft paper backing. It cut like a dream.

Here is another flowerframe and border. I removed the holes in the bottom layer before cutting. Hope you find this useful.

Here is another frame and border. You can choose if you want a simple or a layered frame. It's all there in the template.

Here is a intricate frame where you have to be very careful when lifting it off the carrier sheet. My carrier sheet in not so sticky so it came off easily.
I cut it with success from 130 g Folia Bringmann gold paper. My robo has always cut perfect in folia gold and silver paper especially when it is a intricate design.

Hope you find it useful
