had a try its not brilliant but I have made 2 cards for farthers days with it(I have had someone order 14 fathers days cards with me:wacko: )
so I thought I would share and you are welcome to use it for whatever purpose you want to

Oh I used the text from robo master-cant remember which one, I drew the lines for the block with the robo master as well and I fine tuned it when I did the auto trace bit-not very technical am I?

Welded text. You'll need to copy and paste the word My though.

you are my Husband"...

just so pleased I have got my head around inkscape... Please any tips would be welcome.. C

Can't add a screen shot but I'll be back!!

Topper for Father's Day

A bit of a cartoony theme going on here......I've made this card to give to my Dad on Father's Day but I thought it may be quite versatile as a general 'blokey' file.

The picture has been adapted from one I saw in an old colouring book, traced in KNK Studio and then converted to GSD. It's a bit fiddly as it is a piecing file, but this is by no means a boring process. I put acetate behind the windows and mounted the topper on the card using silicone glue so that it just stands away slightly, giving the effect of glass.

Thanks to Jo (Joggy148) who helped me with the file conversion as my one last remaining brain-cell had failed to retain the knowledge! I've included the wording file as well for anyone who may have a use for it.

Here is another image that I'm using for an ornament and refrigerator
magnet to sell at our Children's Christmas Shop.
I'm sure it can be used for many other things.

It's meant to be a welded text to a frame attempt, but I got carried away, If it's been done before, I apologise, I haven't seen a fraction of the wonderful files that are already here yet
