View Full Version : UKS Orders - email foul-up

If you have sent in an order and a payment for UKS merchandise, please be aware that I have just discovered a load of orders in my Spam box. This should not have happened and I have procedures in place, and Rules in my email to keep it from happening but it has nonetheless. It appears something change on my email server around 1 March, as all the messages are after that.

I believe I have identified all of the orders that have been overlooked. I have enough of the Mugs to fill all the orders for those. I will try to get all the outstanding orders packaged and in the mail today if at all possible, but vow tomorrow at the absolute latest.

I apologise for this. Those server guys (not x3, tho' I wish it were!) are always tweaking things to keep the Spam at bay and this time I fear they tweaked too hard. Until I am sure it is sorted I will be watching my SPAM box like a hawk.
