I think I am going to dismantle the project-ok, that sounded dramatic....what I mean is take the flowers off and use them on a layout and save the frame for another time!

You go in to SHOP and then click on Monthly Kits and if you want to subscribe you buy the kit with membership. But as January's in sold out, you will have to wait until 1 Feb when the new one is released ... you should be able to sub then.

Yes, they go live on 1st of each month.

I love her kits, so I'd say they're very good. The way she puts things together is different to other kits and there is always such a fab tin of little goodies. :)

Hi and welcome. I love JB kits. I think there are kits out there that give you more product for your money, but JB kits are always fantastically put together with the gorgeous tin/box of bits & pieces each month. Now you can subscribe to the monthly kit and then you can add on junque boxes and projects etc. Lots going on at the JB site now. :D

Passionflower, I don't think they will sell out that quick. As long as you are on around the first, you should be fine, I know Jan's kit sold out, but Jenni alsways maintains she has plenty for everyone, so don't stay up real late just to sub. The project kits often go very quick though.

Ita about $12.60 for just the papercrafting kit, and more if you combine with additional items.

Also midnight JB time is about 5 am our time, though the odd time I have stayed up there has been a delay, so I would agree you'd be safe to wait for a more civilsed hour:lol:

I've ordered mine, the junque box, and the add on kit, and some of those papers from Dec fell in my basket too!! Well, I'd pretty much used them up.

I love loads about the new kit. Love the big "I loveyou" chipboard, the Bazill heart, the little tin of goodies look fab, especially that litle lacy heart, the papers remind me a bit of MM Vintage Hip, but much nicer.

Can't wait, and must get some lovey dovey pics of me and DH to scrap!! Last ones were Nov 05!

I'm sure he has kissed me since then, but will have to bribe the children to do us a photo shoot to prove it.:lol:

I don't know if anyone has checked the Speshal's site, but I used Jan's JB kit for this week's dare. You can see it here (http://jensworld.typepad.com/jens_world/2007/02/friday_night_is_1.html). The kit seemed to lend itself so well to "chocolate" !! I did add quite a few buttons though.

floydypops - the kits usually start arriving around the 16th of the month. This is the earliest I've ever received one, and usually by the 18th. For some reason there always seems to be someone box that takes longer than the rest, and it is a different one each time. It was my turn in December....my box didn't show until the 27th :o

I would imagine if all goes well, we will have our boxes on/by Saturday, or Monday the latest.

Yeah, I'm playing with mine this afternoon, to do my Heidi Swapp class LO. But to be honest, there are so many photos on the page, that you won't get to see much of the paper, but I'm using a few of the embellies from the tin.

Shirley, I need a pic of you and Nicki, (as you are my good and very supportive friends) to add to my LO with everybody else, I'll explain to you later, but I don't suppose you already have a pic of the two of you together do you, that I could use and convert to B&W, itwill be quite small, so you don't need to worry too much whether your make up was good, iykwim!!

I 've done two LOs now, using the Feb kit, I finished one this morning of my gorgeous little neice, and the other one, where I used the paper the wrong way up (I'm pig sick about it!), is nearly done, but it's for my Heidi Swapp class and I still need three more photos to add to it. It's already got 14 on there!!

That's lovely Caz, I too did a LO last night, it took me an age, and I really put a lot of effort into it, but just got to do the hand journaling this morning, and then there is something missing with the diagonal line, iykwim, just a litle something, not sure what yet.

So will upload later, also got to wait for the washing machine man, and the washing machine is in my scrap room, so got to keep it tidy until after he's been :lol:

When I had the December one with lots of bits in I had a customs charge but if you just have the kit Shirley it should be under even with the postage still.

Shirley, my jb kit was "delayed" once, but it turned out that it was just sat at the PO. I had ordered a few things before going away, so came back to a couple of little red cards from the PO but when I went to collect them the jb kit wasn't there. I got them to check, but no sign. I waited a week and then checked again. The guy was a bit fed up as he recognised me from the time before, but then he came back kit in hand! It had been there all along :huh: ! Why they didn't spot it the first time I asked I don't know :wacko: . Anyway, long story to say check and then double check your sorting office to see if it is hiding in a corner.

Hope your kits come soon Shirley and Annie. My December one was SO late. There always seem to be one or two of us that get our boxes later, and always different people each time? Good idea of Debby's to check with the PO. I was in a CJ group a couple of years back and hjad posted on. The package wasn't received initially, as the PO hadn't left a card at the girls house, and it sat at her sorting office, before finally making it back to me as the sender.

I've uploaded my 1st LO to my blog. I used the chipboard LOVE to make my own overlay, and edged it with acrylic paint. It was a bit of an experiment but it was quick to do and worked well.

I'm still waiting on my tin contents arriving, but hope to crack on with another page soon. I love those angel wings, so NEED to scraplift one LO off Emily Falconbridge, and I love Jenni's page using the chipboard cutouts. ,...just need to print out the photos

I "won" some CM circle cutters on e-bay which have now arrived, so finally I may get started with the January kit. This one really stumped me, but I AM determined to create with it :lol:

I scraplifted the one using the chipboard shapes out of Jenni's gallery at a crop yesterday, but decided there was too much white space, so journaled on it madly. That is what I am hoping to do, as long as Jane feels happy to part with it.....:lol: I assume JB will prefer this as they would have to pay to send out another kit and pay the postage (unless they stick it in the March kit) We shall see they seem reasonable and quick to respond to emails, so fingers crossed. I've been very naughty this month :o ....bought the project kit AND the March add -on ( under limited edition kits ) to go with my papercrafting kit ;) . The paper kit looks fantastic, though I was having serious doubts from seeing the sneak peeks on Jenni's blog. I should have more faith in her by now 13 months down the line, as she always comes up trumps :D

I had an e-mail back about the hangers. They are something Jenni sourced locally, (not from a known scrapping manufacturer) and said she will put a link on her blog in the next day or so, as she has been inundated with the enquiries.

I thought you paid for the project kit when you order it if you don't sub and you pay for the shipping too. Then she bills for the Papercrafting kit with a little extra shipping or no shipping depending on the weight later as normal. I could be wrong though!

I've just checked and I've only been charged for the Project kit so far. I am normally charged around the 7/8th for the Papercrafting kit.
