If you open a file in Inkscape you can save it as a .dxf file then when you open RoboMaster go to File>Load .dxf .
In the how to screen shots saving a file as dxf is explained as well.

did you click "load dxf" ??

I usually open a blank file in robo master then click "file" then "load dxf" and that works for me :)

Go back to Inkscape and create your dxf file again if it takes a while to load it may be corrupt. Remember always to load not open .dxf files. While you are experimenting it may be worth your while to save your file first as an svg Inkscape file then as a dxf. If anything goes wrong you've got your svg to fall back on.

When I have this problem I always reopen it in Inkscape (save all my files as a .svg) and then select the simplify option which is 2nd up from the bottom in the Path section. Then when I save it as a .dxf and try opening it again it always seems to work

Also when saving it in Inkscape always make sure that the box that pops up closes itself as this is when the save is complete
