I've got the CR 1 and I use the pink cap on the thickest cut on speed 5ish and it cuts perfect on Craftwork cards card and that is very thick. Hope this helps.

Could you please tell me exactly what your settings are.

I had the Craft Robo 100 earlier, and didn't have any problems with it. I got the 200 today, and it doesn't cut all the way through. I have tried with settings for thick media and the speed setting on 2 and thickness on 33. But it still is more or less attached at some of the edges. When I try to tear it off, it is som remainder paper that I will have to cut off or tear off. My old machine cut 100% through.

I appreciate it if you could give me your settings so that I can figure out if there is something wrong with this machine.

Thank you.

i have tried these settigs and mine wont cut through either.
i even chose card stock which gives u a thicker setting and it stil didnt cut right through i did it five times on the holographic card and i just looked at the pack and its 200gsm.

me thinks blade is faulty or chipped.

i buy all my card from the papermill shop and that includes bazzil i have the blue & silver model
i cut on thick media, pink cap, speed about 5 thickness 30 and 1 'o' ring
(the white model doesnt have o rings you have to turn your balde a qtr turn to compensate for that i believe)
mine cuts fine, some other thicker card i do same but use 2 'o'rings
