Can anyone of you people help me please. I am doing a 18th Birthday card for my friends son. Don't know what to do really got a key to attach to the card but no ideas apart from the number 18 (very large). Anyone got any inspiration in their gallery that I could look at please.

Many thanks

Have you considered attaching the key to something like a luggage tag, and perhaps do a backgroundwith something relating to travel, as this was the age that my son stared to go further afield. Worth thinking about.

Thank you ladies for your ideas.

What I have done is a large 18 shape card with holographic card on top and that has different kinds of musical instruments on it and in the top left corner I have added a small brass key with congratulations on and a small 18.

I hope he likes it. I remember when he was 5 and then at 10 when I used to have him for tea every night now he is way taller than me and still calls me Aunty Julie.

I think this is a difficult age/gender to do cards for.

My nephew is 16 and I have no idea what to do for his birthday card coming up in December. Can you post what you did into the Male Thread :D :D

I will ask my DS to upload it over the weekend or Monday for you. I am going through the same thing as my son is 16 this month and I haven't got a clue for him. I did a chinese theme for my youngest sone who is 13 got his name in Chinese etc he loved it.
