Well, our first ever monthly kit has sold out already! I've started this thread so people can chat about the kits and ask any questions :)

Our design team are already working hard to bring you lots of gorgeous creations for the next kit :wub: I will be putting the next kit up for sale a bit earlier but usually kits will go on the site on the 1st of the month, give or take a day or two :)

All kits should be posted out first class tomorrow, huge thanks to those who ordered :)

Its not just ribbons tho girls .... there's gorgeous blossoms, brads allsorts - and a gorgeous ribbon slide with each kit. I think there's going to be a different added 'extras' with each kit from what I can gather. How cool is that !!!

Oh wow, I've been out all day so just seen this. Have to say I'm overwhelmed by the response! I wanted to start with a small amount of kits to see what the response was. I've got a few extra next month, there were 10 available this month and there are 15 available of the next one. I will see about setting up subscriptions but it will begin with January's kit, I'll keep you all posted.

Lots of people have sent me their e-mail address so when the next kit goes up on the site I'll let you all know, but it really will be first come first served.

If you are interested in a subscription please do let me know as I can then get an idea of numbers to start planning January's kit.

As Cal said earlier, each month there will be a selection of ribbons (at least 14 metres) and matching blossoms plus a few co-ordinating extras ie, brads, gems, ribbon slides, it will vary from month to month.

All kits ordered last night have been posted out first class today so with any luck they should start arriving tomorrow :)

Hi everyone :)

I've been thinking about the subscription thing and have decided I'm going to start them with February's kit. It too short notice really for Jan's kit as I have to plan a couple of months in advance as the DT get their kits a month before the kit is released. Also, it's not a good month for me to be starting all the paperwork etc as we are having a new kitchen fitted next week so it will be bedlam here for a while. I'll get the info on the site over the next couple of weeks.

I am planning to have more kits for sale in January though to meet the demand.

I'll apologise in advance, as I said a few weeks ago I only have 15 Christmas kits and 45 people on the e-mail list so a lot of people will unfortunately miss out :( I have to plan kits 2 months in advance as I like to give DT members a month to complete their projects. I am planning to have more kits available in January and will be starting subs beginning with Febs kit, I'll let you know when the system is complete but we are looking at aiming to get it ready for 1st December :)

The Design Team gallery is fabulous - I saw Pam's altered pencil tin and Xmas album in real life at the Edinburgh crop and they were gorgeous.

I've been hard at work and used the Christmas kit too now! Did Gertie's class for the CC and used ribbons and blooms from the kit. The LO ended up a lot busier than my normal work but I also don't normally work so quickly.

Kelly - use some pretend snow !!! We're crafters, we can make snow dead easy .....

Instructions:-

1. buy a packet of cornflakes
2. Carefully paint them one by one, both sides of course.
3. Leave to dry
4. Dab all over with stickles
5. Leave to dry
6. Erect large ladder
7. Stand bewildered child beneath ladders
8. Ask hubby, friend to assist
9. Allow said helper to bomb said child with cornflake snowflakes
10. Snap away

I've just added some sub places beginning with March's kit and there's a tiny sneaky peekon the site of what the colours for that kit will be - think zesty spring colours!

With regards to Feb's kit (which is lush BTW!) there will be a few available on the site on the 1st Feb, obviously if you've already subbed your kit is guaranteed from Feb so you can sit back and relax :D
