Hi Girls,
I am just playing with Photoshop trying to do a little bit of digi scrapping,(this is new to me) but I am having trouble saving anything with brushes on. Is there something simple that I have not done? (probably me thinks!) All help, suggestions and tips greatly appreciated.

Not quite sure what you mean - save what exactly?
Save a new brush which you have created?
Save downloaded brushes?
Save a layout.......?
Hopefully someone can help if you say a little more about the problem...

I can save the LO, but not the brushes which I have tried to put on the layout! For instance if I use a brush on a photo, like a stamped image, when I save as - it just saves the photo and not the stamped image.
Sorry I'm finding this a little difficult to explain.:( :(

Can't see why there should be a problem. If you've used a brush on your image then it should be saved as any other part of the image. Makes no sense why the brush marks wouldn't save!

That's exactly what I thought, that's why I think there must be something that I'm not doing - but I don't know what.
O well I'll just keep on playing, and hopefully I'll fathom it out sooner or later( just hope it's not too much later!)

Are you putting your brushes on a separate layer each time?
And how are you saving the file as a jpeg or psd file?
I don't understand how you can't save them!!!

I've done it!!!! I've finally sussed (that looks weird!) it out and now have fab brush designs on my digi lo's. Thank you to those who were kind enough to offer their ideas and help. I'm not quite sure how I managed it but who cares?:D
Happy scrapping x:wub:
