I've only had 1 item made from me and it was by a lovely UKS lady. She made me a paperbag book for ds and when I opened it, I nearly cried, it was beautiful. So yes, love them.

I voted for all the book options as I love handmade mini books of any kind. I don't have much room for tins and bigger things and unfortunately I am allergic to lots of bath stuff and jewellery (nickel allergy) but all the book things are fab :)

I also love handmade cards

Voted for all except bath bombs cos my skin is a wee bit sensitive.

PennyB made me a tin once and it was sooooooo gorgeous. I don't know what some of the things are but all the more reason to want them!

I have to admit that although I like altered things, actually making them is not my thing!!! Making mini books is also something I am not keen on doing. I have 8 x 8 and 12 z 12 albums and those are the sizes I really like to stick to although I have ventured into something smaller occaisionally

I've voted for all the paper and tag things as well as the altered tins. I think it's great if somebody goes to the trouble of making things especially for you.

Oh yeah last year I got a beautiful handmade bag & matching scarf from one very talented UKScrapper...

But to be honest, although handmade bath type stuff looks & smells devine I can't use it as am hypo sensitive :(

I think if someone goes to the trouble of making you something, then it is a lovely thoughtful gift, so I love anything handmade! But I agree on the bath stuff, the smells although nice I find make me feel ill after a while so I only use unscented products, besides I only have a shower!

I had nothing handmade last year, and that was fine, but I'm quite happy with scrapping related things, I wouldn't be able to use a hand made bath bomb because I'm allergic to lots of things, and though I like tags, I don't use them very much, so I wouldn't want loads. In the package I did for my swappee I made a tag, and a couple of embellishments, and decorated a notebook and the rest was bought.

I also hand cut a relevant title, and did a die-cut alphabet in Christmassy colours (not exactly handmade but sort of:D)

I voted for starbooks, altered tins and tag books as they are the kind of thing I don't do very much myself.

I would love anything scrapbooky that someone made me. I make my own jewelllery so I have a ton of that kind of thing and I am allergic to metals. Either I or someone in the house are allergic to a lot of smellies so I cant use anything like that.

lol ahhh i've jusst noticed you can vote for more than one thing

i'm thinking that smellies are a bit dodgy then...I have CFS which makes me hyper sensitive to smells and chemicals and metals...so i guess i'm with the majority on that one! :( think they are lovely tho!!!

totally agree, its always lovely to have something that someone has made for you :D

i would love and feel very lucky if anyone gave me a handmade gift and i have voted that i like everything apart from bath / scented items because i tend to stick to the brands i know my skin will like. I have voted for jewellery but i suppose i should say that i don't have my ears pierced for ear rings, having said that i would still find a use for them if i got a pair because i sometimes buy them to put in my teddy bears ears when i dress them up for photos :D

I don't have much space for displaying items - very small house with too many things happening in it already. I've one basket on my shelf where I've put the two CJs and a couple of the mini albums I've done - I'm hoping to get more display storage at some point but not for a year or so.

However, magnets/clips for holding things up are useful (have a couple of magnetic boards around the house plus one inspirational cork board), as are the notebooks/post it books you can keep in your purse, Sun catchers, coasters for my drinks, bookmarks/thongs, rolodex cards with quotes etc. on them - I have rolodex holders for CD/DVD collection, recipe collection (finding it in the cookbook shelves) and the one in my craft area with my inventory/all about me cards from friends and quotes. So some of those would be wonderful.

I've been a flybaby for the last five/seven years and have been decluttering enthusiastically, I think things are clear and then find more to get rid of... the kids/cats/and dh are still around tho' :)

I like handmade items, but not smellies, toiletries etc....
I'm afraid that ATC's I see little point to although I see lots of people having fun making them. MAybe when I have scrapped all my photos and having nothing else to do I may be persuaded.
I do make paperbag books, minibooks, cards and star books myself.
