There are already places in the Gallery for cards to be uploaded, so no changes there.

Janice will be watching over this forum and she (unlike ME) *is* a cardmaker. I hear exhales of relief all over the board :D

Finally, the same rules apply here as elsewhere. Be kind to each other, and post no non-sponsor links.

i used to be a cardmaker then i did it for a living and hated it. have been out of it for a wehile now ( in more ways that one) so maybe some new inspiration will lead me back into the fold ( pardon the pun, geddit "fold"):lol:

hi thanks to everyone for setting this up. i did cards first before scrapping, i love both. i make cards mostly, probably because i do a bit of teaching cardmaking, i do my scrapping mostly at the crops which are becoming more and more frequient thanks to my dd jani d who takes me to them (which i really love and look forward to) if anyone is new to cardmaking and i can help in anyway i would be only to glad to help as would anyone else i'm sure. hope its a success (which is down to us make sure it is) so good luck everyone.

So glad to see this forum set up. Have been cardmaking for a 3 or 4 years and only just beginning to get into scrapbooking. Still to complete my first LO!

Joined UKS a couple of weeks ago as there is so much info on the website for cardmaking and scrapbooking. Went to Ally Pally yesterday after reading one of the threads, and came back with a bag of goodies! Waiting for a pack of photos from Photobox to drop through my door this week. Never heard of them before visiting UKS. Certainly have lots of motivation now to get my first LO finished!!:D

Oh excellent.
thanks MA and SMAX for what I am sure will be a much used area of UKS.

I started out as a cardie....converted to scrapping and as much as I love it, my first love will always be cardmaking.
I try to be 50/50 and make a card everytime I finish a LO, using the offcuts etc etc.
